Pizza Dough & pizza sauce

Ingredients for Pizza Dough

3 1/2-4 cups of bread flour

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp yeast

1/4th cup watm water

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 1/2 cup warm water

Soak the yeast + sugar and 1/4th cup water- wait for it to rise

Knead the flour plus salt and add the yeast and warm water and 2 table spoons olive oil

Let the kneaded dough rise and wait for an hour or so. Form the dough into a ball and then roll it till the size and thickness you want.

Sauce-

1 can of fire roasted tomatoes

2-3 pods of garlic

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 small red onion finely chopped

2-3 fresh tomatoes

1 teaspoon salt

1 serreno pepper

In a pan add olive oil, let it warm add the garlic and onion saute till translucent add the fresh tomatoes till it is soft then add the can of tomatoes and peppers. Then put this mixture to the food processor and once it is smooth then let it cool.
