Homemade Thin Crust Veggie Pizza!

Enjoy this wonderful, thin crust, veggie delight! Perfect light pizza pot-susu people.


Recipe:


Ingredients:

Crust : 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour and 1 cup rice flour

2 teaspoons yeast

1/4th teaspoon sugar

3/4th teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons olive oil

3/4th cup water to knead the dough

wait for an hour and allow the dough to rise.

Use rolling pin to stretch the dough.


Toppings: medium sized red onions

1 small bell pepper

1 small red bell pepper

shitake mushroom

chopped basil

1 small tomato

1-2 chopped jalapeno's

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4th cup pepper jack cheese

2 tablespoons pizza sauce


Preheat the oven at 425 F. roll the pizza dough to the size you want the more you stretch the thinner the crust will be. First spread the pizza sauce , add the mozzarella cheese then the toppings and in the end some pepperjack cheese and place this in the oven for 35-40 minutes .
