A Maharashtran delicacy-

Ingredients:

1 cup moth sprouted

1/2 cup green whole moong sprouted

Dry roast- 1 teaspoon jeera, 1 teaspoon dhaniya seeds, 1 teaspoon dry coconut cinnamon sticks, 2 whole red chillies, 2-3 p3ppercorns, 2-3 cloves. After roasting grind these.

1 medium sized red onion, 2-3 cloves of garlic, 1" ginger 2-3 curry leaves, 2-3 green chillies. 3-4 cluster tomsstoes.

1 teaspoon salt or according to taste 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2-1 teaspoon red chilli powder according to spice level.

For garnish- chopped onions, chevda or farsan , lime and cilantro.

In a pan add 3-4 tablepoons of oil-add curry leaves and chopped onions, let it get golden brown then add ginger and garlic and chillies and salt. Once golden brown add the tomatoes and cook it well and add 1/4th cup water. Now use a blender and make this mixture into a smooth paste.

In instantpot in saute mode add the paste and the fresh ground spice mix it together, sdd the sprouted lentils mix and then add turmeric and red chilli powder mix it well. Close the lid and put the pressure on manuaal to 0 minutes , release the pressure. Stir it well garnish with onions, lime and farsan. Serve with pav or with salad on the side for a healthier option.
