Vegetable fried Rice with Teriyaki chicken

Ingredients:
2 chicken breasts boneless & skinless cut into small pieces
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4th cup water
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon rice vineagar
1/4th teaspoon toasted sesme oil
2 teaspoon minced garlic
2 teaspoon fresh garlic
Chopped green onions
Chopped broccoli
Salt to taste accordingly.
1 teaspoon sriracha
1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce
Heat oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and let brown while that is cooking prepare the sauce. In a mixing bowl whisk soy sauce, water , sugar , rice vineagar and salt , garlic
Stir the sauce in and cooked chicken and continue to cook and toss until sauce has thickened add broccoli .
Vegetable Fried rice-1 cup cooked white jasmine rice
1/th cup edamame
1/4th cup carrots
1/4th cup peas
3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
salt to taste
In a non stick pan add 3 tablespoons of oil, garlic once its light brown add the vegetables salt and soy sauce toss it well and add the cooked rice to this.
