Zucchini curry or Tori ki sabzi

Cook this zucchini with onions, tomatoes ginger and spices.
Ingredients:
4-5 Zucchini peeled and chopped
1 small red onion diced
2 grated tomatoes
1 " ginger grated
1 chopped green chilli
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
pinch of asafetida
1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
chopped cilantro to garnish
3 tablespoons ghee or oil
In a wok -add ghee and then add onions let it get golden brown . Now put ginger and tomatoes stir for a few minutes and add green chilli and all the dried spices. Cook for 4-5 minutes then add 3-4 tablespoons of water and add the chopped zucchini and stir it . Cover the lid of the wok for 6-7 mimutes. Keep stirring in between . Open the lid and add cilantro and serve it with roti or rice.
